Refund Policy
At Cavalien, we aim to ensure every client is fully satisfied with their purchase. If your order does not meet expectations, you may be eligible to return it under the following conditions.
Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
In accordance with Dutch and European consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your product, without giving any reason. You are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method.
To exercise this right, contact us at with your order number. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. We will process your refund within 14 days after receiving the returned product or proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Include all original packaging
- Have all original tags attached
Returns within the first 14 days are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method, store credit, or exchange — at your choice.
Returns between 15 and 30 days are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items marked Final Sale
- Used, worn, or damaged items
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2–3 business days with return approval and instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 48 hours.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify within 5 days of delivery. If the item is available, a replacement will be extended as a courtesy of the house, free of charge. If no replacement is available, you will receive a full refund.
Refund Details
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. No fees will be charged for the refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
